A 55-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly jumping onto a moving fire engine and attacking firefighters who were on their way to a call in South Los Angeles. A video, taken last Friday, shows a shirtless man reach into the driver’s side of the fire engine through an open window.

Two firefighters then rushed over and grabbed him. One of them was finally able to chase him away with a club. The suspect, who is facing assault and battery charges, is due in court on June 25th. People climbed onto the same fire engine during a street takeover a few months ago.
