A woman has been arrested a second time for allegedly trying to kidnap small children. The Los Angeles Police Department says 27-year-old Yara Pineda was at a park in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Witnesses told officers the woman was chasing children around the park, picking them up and running with them. Parents intervened, but the woman started fighting with them.
When police arrived, she took off running. Officers were able to catch up with her and take her into custody. Pineda was arrested in February in Westlake for allegedly attempting to take a child at a Target store.
