A Delaware judge has voided a $55 billion compensation package paid to Elon Musk by Tesla’s board of directors.
It’s the end of a five-year legal battle after shareholders sued Musk and other Tesla leadership over alleged breach of duty and corporate waste.
Musk, naturally, responded to the news on X, posting “Never incorporate your company in the state of Delaware.”
