Jonathan Adam Moore, a convicted child molester, was arrested after posting signs offering free fentanyl near a local school. The arrest took place on 9th Avenue, just across from Stella Maris Academy.

Earlier in the day, officers from the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) visited Moore’s encampment and instructed him to vacate the area by 12:15 p.m. Despite the warning, Moore failed to comply, leading to his arrest.

In addition to the charges related to the public nuisance, Moore had a stay-away order filed by the San Francisco Fire Department on behalf of Fire Station 31. It was revealed that Moore had violated the terms of this order, resulting in his probation violation.

As reported by ABC7, Moore has since been released.
