Roseville is putting an emergency plan of action in place to put a stop to sideshows, many of which take place in downtown parking garages. The multi-level structures have become hotspots for illegal sideshows often drawing more than 50 bystanders.
To stop the activity, Roseville City Leaders are implementing a new emergency ordinance that will allow authorities to close off the garages. The Roseville City Council unanimously passed the emergency ordinance and it’s effective immediately.
