New developments have been revealed in a San Francisco Walgreens shooting. The security guard who killed a suspected shoplifter in April has been fined 15-hundred dollars by the Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.

In addition, he was hit with two $250 fines for uniform violations.

Michael Anthony was never charged, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins released video, saying it shows he acted in self-defense.

The citation states he was carrying a second gun on his tactical vest but didn’t have a permit for it.
