According to Mission Local, San Francisco Police have made an arrest in the murder of tech exec Bob Lee.

Bob Lee, the founder of Cash App, former chief technology officer of Square, and father of two, was stabbed to death on April 4th along Main St in Rincon Hill with his final hours caught on tape

Lee had moved to Miami before the fatal attack.

Mission Local reports: “Multiple police sources have described the predawn knifing that last week left the 43-year-old Lee dead in a deserted section of downtown San Francisco as neither a robbery attempt nor a random attack.”

Police are yet to confirm the identity of a suspect, but Mission Local reports he was a fellow tech executive who lives in the Bay Area. It is unclear if the man attended the same tech conference Lee was in town for.
