California has until noon to respond to voter fraud claims made by the U.S. Department of Justice. Acting Deputy Attorney General Trent McCotter sent two letters with a 48-hour deadline. One went to California Secretary of State Shirley Weber and the other to Dean Logan, Los Angeles County’s registrar-recorder and county clerk. The letters say the federal government has identified a list of noncitizen voters who were sent vote-by-mail ballots to illegally participate in the November 3rd midterm elections. McCotter has sent a password-protected thumb drive to Logan with the names of alleged noncitizen voters for review. The DOJ says it has identified thousands of more potential ineligible voters statewide. The DOJ is demanding the officials review the list of alleged noncitizen voters and take steps to prevent them from casting ballots.
