Governor Newsom is apparently moving to the Bay Area, at least part time. Multiple reports say Newsom and his wife are moving at least part-time to a six-bedroom home in Marin County that recently sold for over nine-million dollars.
The governor is expected to keep his six-bedroom home in the Fair Oaks section of Sacramento.
According to The California Globe, “You would need to make an annual income of nearly $2 Million to qualify for a $9 million dollar house if purchased on a 30-year mortgage. The monthly payments would be $56,464.75… each month at today’s current interest rates…. The governor earns $203,939.40 from the State of California, and receives $95,063.16 in “benefits,” Transparent California reports.
