The final evacuation warnings for the Mountain Fire in Ventura County have been lifted. Sunday’s announcement means everyone who has a home to return to can go home. Two-hundred-forty-three structures were destroyed and another 127 were damaged. The nearly 20-thousand-acre fire is now 98-percent contained. The wind-driven fire started on November 6th. Its cause is still undetermined.
