The Supreme Court is rejecting the Biden Administration’s request to expand Title IX. The administration has been pushing to expand Title IX in claims that it would prevent discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
On Friday, the Supreme Court barred any changes to Title IX from going into effect while lower courts across the country are still debating whether the law will go into effect.
