Orange County is suing Viet American Society for allegedly misusing federal funds. The lawsuit claims the non-profit organization spent more than ten-million-dollars that was designated to assist seniors during the pandemic. The complaint also alleges that money was used to buy a number of homes. Among the defendants named in the lawsuit is Rhiannon Do, daughter of Orange County supervisor Andrew Do. The lawsuit was filed Thursday in Orange County Superior Court.
