A suspected drug dealer known as “the ketamine queen” and two doctors are among the five people charged in connection with the death of “Friends” actor Matthew Perry. DEA Administrator Anne Milgram spoke at a news conference on Thursday.

Perry’s live-in personal assistant and another man were also charged on Thursday, following their arrests. The five suspects are accused of providing the ketamine that led to Perry’s death at his home in Pacific Palisades last October. Federal prosecutors say the suspects secured thousands of dollars worth of ketamine for Perry, who had dealt with serious addiction issues.

Charges that were filed include conspiracy to distribute ketamine, distribution of the drug resulting in death, possession with intent to distribute, and altering and falsifying records related to a federal investigation.
