Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is appealing a judge’s decision that kicked him off the state’s ballots this fall.  The judge said RFK Jr. falsely claimed New York was his main state residency, but he says he votes in New York and for that reason his attorney told him he had to list New York as his official residence.   Kennedy listed an address in Katonah, where he says he rented a room in a house last year but paid no rent for many months and according to court documents he may have stayed there no more than one night.  He spends most of his nights with his wife in California.
