A former nonprofit director in San Francisco is charged with rape. Jon Jacobo surrendered to police yesterday and was arrested. He’s accused of sexual assault, harassment and domestic violence by at least three women dating back to 2019. The 35-year-old stepped down last year as director of housing for TODCO due to the claims. The district attorney says he poses a safety risk to the public and moved to have him detained until trial.
