A restaurant owner says he’s fed up with vandalism and attacks on customers by homeless people. Ramon Artiego owns Mimo’s Cafe in Whittier, and the latest random attack on a customer happened this week.

customer had to get four stitches in his head after getting punched.  Artiego says people from a nearby encampment come over and throw chairs and tables and assault customers. He says he hopes things will change now that California Governor Gavin Newsom issued an executive order to start dismantling homeless encampments.
