President Biden is dropping out of the 2024 presidential race and endorsing VP Kamala Harris.
The Democratic National Convention is only four-weeks away and it’s unclear whether the party will back Harris or opt for an open-primary.
Several prominent Democrats, besides VP Kamala Harris, have been discussed as possible presidential hopefuls. They include: California Governor Gavin Newsom, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Colorado Governor Jared Polis, and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro.
