General Motors has filed a $121 million lawsuit against the city of San Francisco.

The automaker is looking to recover $108 million in taxes and $13 million in interest in the suit.

The suit claims that the city charged the company higher taxes than necessary due to its self-driving car division.

The lawsuit also states that the company has had a limited presence within the city.
