Santa Rosa apparently isn’t a great place for those without a mate. A new study by the financial website WalletHub says it is one of the worst cities in the nation for singles. Santa Rosa ranks 159th out of 182 cities on the list.
The only California cities that fared worse than Santa Rosa in the rankings were Rancho Cucamonga (170) and Glendale (179).
WalletHub put the rankings together using data on economics, fun and recreation, and dating opportunities. Among the three categories, Santa Rosa scored the lowest for economics.
According to WalletHub, the best city in California for singles is San Francisco (12), followed by San Diego (15), and Los Angeles (29).
