Radio host Rush Limbaugh, 69, announced on his show today that he has been diagnosed with ‘advanced lung cancer’. “This day has been one of the most difficult days in recent memory for me because I’ve known this moment was coming in the program today,” he shared before making the announcement. The media pundit says he is experiencing limited symptoms, however shortness of breath is ultimately what led to the diagnosis.
“I thought about not telling anybody… But there are going to be days that I’m not going to be able to be here because I’m undergoing treatment or reacting to treatment,” Limbaugh revealed. The nationally syndicated Rush Limbaugh Show has been on the airwaves for 31 years and he is a prominent figure in political media.
